3000m2 of ideal premises for innovative services were created in the newly constructed BUSINESSPARK KUFSTEIN.

The ground floor is leased by PKF Präzisions-Komponenten-Fertigungs GmbH. PKF specialises in milling and electrical discharge machining of high-tech components. The machinery includes seven milling centres as well as two vertical eroding machines and one wire eroding machine. The business provides jobs for nine highly qualified skilled workers as well as three apprentices currently undergoing training.

The first floor is occupied by Aschenbrenner Printing. This medium-sized printing firm, established by Peter Aschenbrenner in 1993 as a one-man business, is an inherent part of the regional company structure. Due to qualitative requirements and a constant increase in staff numbers, Aschenbrenner Printing moved to ideal premises in the Grissemann business park in 2009. With the latest generation machinery such as five colour offset presses, digital print systems, CTP units and finishing modules, 18 highly-qualified trained staff ensure that the most varied requirements can be met flexibly and on schedule. Products feature a binding service commitment for industrial, commercial, trade and agency customers.

The metal training centre for BFI Tirol and the new TECHNIKUM Kufstein can be found on the second floor.

Together with the BFI, TECHNIKUM Kufstein allowed the Tiroler Fachberufschule für Wirtschaft und Technik (vocational school for industry and technology) in Kufstein to begin apprenticeships in mechatronics in autumn 2009.

Multifunctional use of the modern laboratories and workshops in the Technikum and in the metal training centre provides forward-looking education for night school students and those seeking part-time professional development.
